Shipping policy

Paw Prints Screen Printing is not a shipping company.  We use shipping companies to deliver goods to you.  For website purchases, we will use the United States Postal Service or UPS depending on package size.  Any item(s) sent via these companies, is out of the control of Paw Prints Screen Printing.  We will work with our customers to make things right for our customers in the case of non-shipment or damage but we do not guarantee the work of these shippers.  We do however guarantee satisfaction with our products and try to get them to you the best we can.

Tracking codes are sent via email when items are shipped out.  This will notify you when it was shipped, an estimated time for its arrival, all other shipping information along with a tracking code.  We'd be happy to share more information with you upon request as long as we can find what you need.

Our website is set up to ship items 0-1 lb (basically 1 shirt or less) for $4.00.  Items 1.1 - 10 lbs cost $11 to ship and any order over $75 automatically gets free shipping!
