Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it.  It must also be approved first.  Please contact us before returning anything. We can then issue a shipping label.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Fraud will not be tolerated.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.  Please allow around 7 business days for these institutions to complete this transaction.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.  Banks are not in a hurry to give you money.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do everything we can to provide adequate information about size and fit so you can order the correct garment size.  If you need to exchange an item for a different size, email us at ncpawprinting@gmail.com to see if another size is available.  We will work with you from there.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on purchases over $75! Depending on the package size, we ship with USP and USPS. Your emailed tracking code will reflect which delivery service was used.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  Tracking codes are sent when an order ships out.

We don’t guarantee anything that UPS or USPS does with your package.  Unfortunately we are at their mercy.  We will do everything we can to make things right by you the customer, but shipping issues are generally out of our control and these companies generally don't care.
